Reason #1… Most of the Founders and Owners (board of directors) did not have enough experience in MLM, and many were never Network Marketers altogether…pretty simple right…lol…that is probably 80% of the reason though… So anytime you join an MLM…you should always check up on the founders background.
Reason #2… I was involved with a personal development company in the past too (so this one stings a little) and it seems that personal development companies in general have not lasted. I was in Success University (a personal development company) that did a 180 degree turn and combined with a Travel MLM called WorldVentures, and still to these day…it was a move that occured which none of my team had suspected.
So Does Personal Development Work? I would never want to say personal development will never work. I do not even like thinking that because I am a personal development fanatic…lol.
